Park Run Practice

Don’t forget we have become a Park Run Practice

No previous experience necessary. Fully marshalled course including a tailwalker every week – he/she is a mandatory fixture at all parkrun events and ensures that no participant comes last.

• Run (or walk), not race. Parking, toilets, defib & lovely volunteers.

• All ages and abilities welcome, kids and up to one dog per walker/runner.

Please follow the link to register (only ever required once to access all parkrun events) and bring a printed barcode.
