However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

Please note that, if you are complaining on behalf of someone else, we will need their written permission to discuss the matter with you and to release relevant information to you.
Patient Advice and Liaison ServiceIf you have had problems with services outside the surgery, such as at the hospital you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who are available in all hospitals. They offer confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters to patients, their families and their carers.
