If you are on
long-term medication you can get a
repeat prescription by
ordering
online or by bringing in
your printed list of drugs, marked
with the items that you require, or
by posting or faxing it to us.
Please
order
online, post, fax or call in, giving
us a clear 48 hours notice.
Your doctor may ask to see you
before issuing a repeat
prescription.
A review date on your prescription
means that your doctor will not
issue another unless they have seen
you or spoken to you on the phone
before that date.
Please always check your review date
and allow yourself enough time.
Please try to avoid phone calls as
this blocks the line for other
patients.
If you
have to phone for repeat
prescription, the
prescription line is
open between 12:00 noon
and 4:00 pm week-days.
Please always check your
review date and allow
yourself enough time.
Please try to avoid
phone calls before 12:00
noon as this blocks the
line for other patients.
